Terms of Use

Alike is an AI super-connector for the Esade community. By using Alike, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. This is an early-stage product offered as-is while we build it with the community.

Who can use Alike

Alike is for people in or close to the Esade community, aged 18 or over. Access requires a valid invite code from an existing member. Don't share your invite code with people outside the community.

What Alike does

Alike collects a short profile and conversation, then suggests introductions to other members. We only connect two people after you both opt in by email (double opt-in). We don't guarantee any match, introduction, response, or outcome, and we're not a party to what happens after an intro is made.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and keep it honest.
• Be respectful. Don't use Alike or any introduction to spam, harass, defraud, recruit deceptively, or do anything unlawful.
• Treat what you learn about other members as private. Don't share their details or forward intros without their okay.
• Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your background.

How you're represented

To make introductions, Alike turns what you share into a short profile and intro blurb that other members can see once you both opt in. You can review how you're described after you submit, and update it anytime by telling Alike. Because the blurb is generated from your own input, keeping your answers accurate keeps your representation accurate.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from intro emails anytime, and request deletion of your profile.

As-is, no warranty

Alike is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Alike or from any introduction. Use your own judgment before meeting or transacting with anyone.

Changes

We may update these terms as Alike evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Alike means you accept the current terms.
